You may close your wlnpk account at any time by contacting wlnpk's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
